How do I book a unique escape?
First step would be to click The Escape Plan button on our website, to send us your details, ideas and requirements, and that's it. Now it's time for us to start working on your escape plan exclusive presentation which you ll receive via email. Once you are happy with everything, we will send you your booking link and booking details. Alternatively, you can send us your escape plan ideas and requirements on our CONTACT page or directly at contact@myescapist.com
Can I customise my travel package?
Absolutely! You can reach out to us almost anytime, through email, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. We will do our best to assist and help you every step of the way. What payment options are available?
For your convenience, MyEscapist offers flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking or opt for a deposit to secure your escape. Payments can also be done by bank transfer and/or credit/debit card, and are fully secured and protected through our payments system PTS Travel. Rest assured that our booking process is secure and hassle-free, so you can focus on planning your next adventure.
How can I make changes to or cancel my booking?
If you need to make changes to your booking or cancel your escape, simply contact our customer service team. Cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing based on your booking confirmation details communication/documentation. We understand that plans may change, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.
